1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Nigerian Baptist Convention Publications Department ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the nbcpublications.org website and the NBC Devotional mobile application (com.nbcdevotional.app).

2 User Registration & Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, including purchasing e-books, tracking physical shipments, or subscribing to the devotional app, you may be required to register. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate.

3 Products, Subscriptions & Billing

• Physical & Digital Books: All e-books and digital downloads are final sale unless otherwise stated.
• App Subscriptions: The NBC Devotional App offers subscription-based access to daily devotionals and exclusive content. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard.
• Pricing & Currency: Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies (e.g., NGN, USD) based on your selection or location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the platform—including devotionals, e-books, source code, and designs—is owned by or controlled by us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Digital Content License: Purchasing an e-book or subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any digital content for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

5 Distributor Network

Users applying to become authorized distributors of NBC Publications must adhere to additional offline agreements. Approval as a distributor is at the sole discretion of the NBC Publications Department.

6 User Contributions

The platform may invite you to participate in blogs, reviews, or message boards. Any contributions you transmit must not be illegal, harassing, or contradictory to the faith and values of the Nigerian Baptist Convention. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

7 Modifications & Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the website or app at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.

8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
